Order Processing

Normal order processing can take between 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery

We use USPS and FedEx Standard Ground (7–14 business days) to the U.S. and Canada. Business days do not include weekends and Holidays. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, or international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $3.00 - $8.00 delivery fee. Canada, Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

Tracking Numbers

All orders will be emailed a tracking number and tracking link. If you do not have an email address you may call to request yours - please have your order information available.
