Hummers Heated Delight was created in 2012 by Lars (Bo) Bolen who was best known as the inventor of Bo's Anchor Release line of products. The heated hummingbird feeder was developed and tested in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Albany, Oregon.

Lars and his wife Sharon quickly found they had a hit on their hands and were off and running promoting and selling feeders locally, online and at Home & Garden shows.

In 2014 Lars passed away and Sharon took over, growing the business until her passing in 2017.

In July 2018 David (Lars' Nephew) and Carrie Bolen took over production and management of Hummers Heated Delight to ensure their legacy and continue the company for many years to come. We intend to show the company, feeders and customers the same kind of attention and detail our Uncle and Aunt always did.
